    • Do you need a new boiler, heat pump or solar panels? With the Energy Loan, you can renovate your home at an even lower interest rate, provided that at least 75% of the work is focused on energy savings.
    • Depending on your requirements, you can borrow up to 120% of the project's value.
    • You can borrow up to €50,000 online, easily and securely, from simulation and application to signing (once approved).

  • Reborrowing from your mortgage loan

    • Do you already have a mortgage loan? You may be able to reborrow the capital you’ve already repaid, starting from €7,500, depending on certain conditions.
    • Depending on your needs, you can borrow up to 120% of the original loan amount.
    • There is no need to take out a new mortgage loan, so you can avoid notary and mortgage fees.
    • You will also benefit from favourable interest rates and the advantages of long-term borrowing.
