With the Energy Loan (instalment loan), you can renovate more than you think

Lower your home’s energy consumption, improve comfort, and finance your renovation works at an attractive rate.

  • What can you borrow for?

Double glazing, floor, roof and wall insulation, pellet stove, condensing boiler, solar water heater, heat pump, thermostatic valves, green roof, solar or photovoltaic panels …

  • Borrowing a higher amount

You can apply online for up to €50,000. Need to borrow more? That is also possible. Simply make an appointment at your branch or contact our Easy Banking Centre to submit your application.

  • What do you need to apply?

Keep the invoice, your ID card, bank card and card reader, account number, and proof of income and expenses at hand. You can choose the amount and duration yourself (within legal limits).

  • What is a home’s EPC?

The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) provides information about the energy efficiency of a home. The EPC value – expressed on a scale from A to F or G (depending on the region) – gives you an idea of how energy-efficient your home is. Only certified energy experts are authorised to issue this certificate. It is mandatory for all sales or rentals. The certificate also includes recommendations to improve the EPC score, helping you live more energy-efficiently and sustainably, for example, by installing roof insulation, double glazing and/or a heat pump.
