Private Lease is a long-term operational lease of vehicles, without option to purchase, to individuals, offered by the rental company, Arval Belgium SA, located at Ikaroslaan 99, 1930, Zaventem, RPM Brussels VAT BE 0436.781.102, www.arval.be, retail@arval.be, with the intervention of BNP Paribas Fortis SA, Montagne du Parc 3, B-1000 Brussels, RPM Brussels VAT BE 0403.199.702.

This Summer Deal is a promotion of an operational lease reserved for individual customers of BNP Paribas Fortis and/or Fintro (Fintro is a division of BNPPF), residing in Belgium, relating to the vehicle models BYD Atto 2 Active, BYD Atto 3 Comfort, BYD Seal U Comfort and BYD Sealion 7 Comfort. This document does not constitute an offer and is not binding or contractual. A rental contract will only be concluded after acceptance of your application by the lessor, Arval Belgium SA and will always be subject to its Private Lease general terms and conditions.
If the monthly rent displayed indicates a prepayment amount, it means that the payment of this amount will reduce the amount of the monthly rent for the duration of the rental agreement. Prepayment is not a "guarantee" or a "deposit". In the event of early termination of the rental agreement, this prepayment will not be refunded, except in certain cases specified in the prepayment conditions.
The monthly rental price is given for information purposes only and is subject to changes in taxation, interest rates and the list price of the vehicle as well as changes in vehicle options, configuration and equipment.
The monthly rent is calculated according to the agreed contractual term (between 25 and 60 months) and annual mileage and includes: maintenance, repairs, unlimited summer tyres in case of normal use/wear and tear, registration tax (TMC), road tax, depreciation and interest, European assistance service, a replacement vehicle in case of immobilisation of more than 24 hours, Perfecta service (Arval Belgium SA covers the risk of damage to the vehicle, total loss or theft) with own risk (lump sum) to be paid by the renter and insurance**.
Not included in the monthly rent: energy and/or fuel costs and traffic fines. The CO2 levels are also indicative and depend on the options chosen and/or the data provided by the manufacturer. At the end of the contract, a mileage statement will take place at the last contractually agreed price. In the event of early termination of the Rental Agreement, a lump sum calculated based on the last daily price (as contractually agreed) will be charged.
** Third-party liability insurance, legal protection insurance and driver's insurance are included in the monthly rent price when taken out by Arval Belgium NV, in the name and on behalf of the renter. Arval Belgium NV is registered as an ancillary insurance intermediary with the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA - www.FSMA.be) under number 047238. These insurances can also be taken out with the insurer of your choice. Third-party liability insurance is required by law.
The estimated delivery time of the vehicle depends on its availability from the manufacturer and/or importer and/or the equipment and/or configuration chosen. Arval Belgium NV cannot be held liable for the inaccuracy of the information contained in this document. Youth discount
Young persons who take out a leasing contract with Arval Belgium for a new vehicle are entitled to a discount of €15 (including VAT) on the monthly lease payment (including VAT) for the full duration of the contract.
