On your child’s 18th birthday, the account automatically becomes a Hello4You account, a free current account for young people up to 28.
Apply for your account by completing the online application form: it should only take 5 minutes.
Upload a photo or scan of your ID card and your child's ID card (minimum age: 12 years old).
Sign your Welcome Pack agreement using your card reader.

When opening a Welcome Pack for a child under 12 years old, you will now be asked to provide an official document proving their identity (identity card, certificate of family composition, parents' marriage certificate, etc.) in order to process the request in an even more efficient and secure manner.
