7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Access to, visits to and use of this Website, as well as these Terms of Use, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law. Unless applicable law confers exclusive jurisdiction on a particular court, proceedings may be brought before:
- the court having jurisdiction over the place of residence of the defendant or of any one of the defendants;
- the court having jurisdiction over the place where any of the obligations forming the subject matter of the dispute arose, has been performed, is being performed or is to be performed;
- the court having jurisdiction over the place where service of process was effected upon the defendant, provided that the defendant—or, where applicable, any one of the defendants—is domiciled in Belgium or abroad.
8. Severability and Amendments
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision whose purpose and effect are as close as possible to those of the original provision.
