Touring breakdown assistance insurance policies from AG
Touring breakdown assistance insurance policies are insurance contracts from AG and distributed by BNP Paribas Fortis. It is a one-year contract that is automatically renewed for the same duration, unless cancelled at least 3 months before the main renewal date.
This contract is concluded for a period of one year and is tacitly renewed for the same duration, unless it is cancelled at the latest 3 months before the main due date.
For contracts concluded or tacitly renewed after 1 October 2024, you have until 2 months before the main due date to cancel them. In addition, from the second year of insurance onwards, you may cancel the contract at any time. The cancellation will take effect 2 months after the day following receipt of your registered letter, the service of notice or the acknowledgement of receipt.

If you are not satisfied with the proposed solution or do not receive a response within the expected timeframe, you may file a complaint with the Ombudsman des Assurances (Insurance Ombudsman). You may also lodge your complaint directly with this body.

The personal data communicated by the policyholder are processed by AG Insurance SA as the data controller.
Touring SA and BNP Paribas Fortis SA, each in their own right, also process certain personal data as data controllers, when these data are processed for their own purposes as insurance intermediaries.
