Designed for your convenience

CASH points are easy to spot with their distinctive black, yellow and blue colour scheme. You can carry out all your everyday banking transactions there, just as you always have.

   

  • No additional charges

    The 4 major Belgian banks – Belfius, BNP Paribas Fortis, ING and KBC – are behind this new network. No matter which bank you’re with, you can access all CASH points across the network free of charge*.

  • A full range of services

    Withdraw cash at all CASH points and deposit money at selected locations. You can also change your PIN code, check your account balance and much more.

  • Accessible to all

    CASH points are equipped with easy-to-use touch screens. They also have a voice guidance system that helps people with visual impairments withdraw cash.

  • Better coverage

    Cash transactions are declining sharply, but they must remain an option. Together with Belfius, ING and KBC, we're making sure that our cash machines are better located to suit your means of transport and the places you go shopping.

For your cash withdrawals and deposits

Withdrawing cash

At a CASH OUT point:

  • Use your debit or credit card within the cash withdrawal and payment limits set for your card.
  • You can only withdraw money from the account linked to your card (not from any other associated accounts).
  • Set or change your limits via Easy Banking App or Easy Banking Web.
  • For specific questions or larger cash withdrawals, contact the Easy Banking Centre on +32 2 762 90 00 (weekdays from 7am to 10pm and Saturdays from 9am to 5pm). Alternatively, contact your relationship manager or cash management advisor directly.

Depositing cash

At a CASH IN point:

Only euro banknotes can be deposited. No other currencies are accepted.

You can deposit your banknotes — in euros only — at a CASH IN point, which is always located in a secure indoor area:

  • Available from 6am to midnight, 7 days a week
  • Maximum of 150 banknotes per deposit (multiple deposits are permitted)
  • Banknotes do not need to be sorted beforehand (they are checked automatically)
  • Deposits can also be made using a Cash Deposit Card
  • The deposited amount is credited to the account linked to your card
  • No charges*

Need help?

Need assistance with an incident or issue involving your card at a CASH point? Here’s who to contact depending on the situation:

  • Problems related to site cleanliness, a faulty ATM or vandalism? Call 0800 71302 (the number displayed on the ATM).
  • Partial withdrawal, cash not dispensed or an incorrectly recorded deposit? Contact the Easy Banking Centre on +32 2 762 90 00.
  • Lost, stolen or retained card? Block it immediately via Easy Banking App, Easy Banking Web or Card Stop (24/7) on 078 170 170. A replacement card will be ordered automatically. You will receive a new PIN code by post and an SMS to activate your card.
  • Has a cash deposit not been credited to your account? Please allow 2 to 5 working days for the amount to appear in your account. After that period, contact the Easy Banking Centre. The verification process may take up to:
    • 30 days for a deposit made using a Bancontact debit card
    • 90 days for a deposit made using a Visa or Mastercard credit card
