With the Renovation Loan, you can apply online to borrow up to €50,000, or even up to 120% of the value of your works, depending on your needs.

  • What can you borrow for?

    Kitchen, bathroom, new flooring, installation of a lift, electrical and sewage works, carpentry and joinery, painting and wallpapering, sandblasting of the façade… and nearly all outdoor works: terrace, swimming pool…

  • What do you need to apply?

    Have your invoice, identity card, bank card and card reader, account number, and proof of your income and expenses ready. You choose the amount and the duration of the loan yourself (within the legal limits).

  • Borrowing a higher amount

    You can apply online for a loan of up to €50,000. Want to borrow more than €50,000? That is also possible. Simply make an appointment at your branch or via our Easy Banking Centre to submit your application.

  • What is the EPC of a property?

    The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) provides information about the energy performance of your property. The EPC value – expressed on a scale from A to F or G (depending on the region) – gives you an idea of how energy efficient the property is. Only certified energy experts are authorised to issue this certificate. It is mandatory for every sale or rental. The certificate also includes recommendations on how to improve the EPC score and therefore live in a more energy-efficient and energy-saving way. For example: by installing roof insulation, double glazing and/or a heat pump.
