Are you planning to buy, build or renovate a new home, but have not yet sold your current property? The bridging loan lets you (partially) finance your new project by bridging the gap between buying and selling.
You can repay the loan in full or in part at any time, using the proceeds from the sale of your current property in Belgium. The loan runs for a fixed period of 24 months, and no early repayment fee applies.

The benefits of a bridging loan
A smooth transition
This loan helps you move from one home to another without having to wait. It bridges the gap between selling your current home and buying, building or renovating your (new) property in Belgium.
24-month renewable term
You borrow for a fixed term of two years. The loan gives you time to sell the property that will be used to repay the loan. If necessary, you can request a renewal.
No early repayment fee
You can repay the loan early, in full or in part, at any time, without having to pay an early repayment fee. No additional interest will be charged.
Fixed monthly payments
You pay interest each month and repay the capital at maturity. The rate remains unchanged throughout the term of the loan.
