How do I make an online appointment with a BNP Paribas Fortis advisor?

If you're already a BNP Paribas Fortis customer and use Easy Banking App, simply log in to the app to contact the bank quickly – no calls or visits required. 

There are 2 quick ways to make an appointment in Easy Banking App: via Samy, our AI assistant, or by using the Make an appointment button.

• Via Samy, the AI assistant:

1. Log in to Easy Banking App.
2. Open the Contact tab.
3. Under Ask Samy, you’ll find the 5 most frequently asked questions, including Make an appointment.
4. Tap on it to start a conversation with Samy, who will immediately ask for the purpose of your appointment and suggest a list of topics (Payments, Savings and investments, Loans, etc.).

• Via the Make an appointment button:

1. Log in to Easy Banking App.
2. Open the Contact tab.
3. Tap Make an appointment.
4. Indicate the purpose of your request.
5. Select the type of appointment you'd like:
   
   • Video call
   • Phone call
   • In-branch appointment
6. Then choose a date and time from the available slots in the scheduler and confirm.
