How does a remote appointment with the bank work?

Booking a video call with a BNP Paribas Fortis advisor has never been easier. Here is how it works, step by step:

1. Plan your appointment

Choose the date and time that suit you (for branch advisors: 9am–8pm on weekdays; for our customer service: 9am–10pm on weekdays and 9am–5pm on Saturdays), directly via our digital channels or by phone.

2. You’ll receive an invitation

Before the appointment, you will receive a confirmation email inviting you to add the meeting to your calendar.

3. On the day of the appointment

Your bank advisor will send you an email with a secure link to the video meeting. Open it on your tablet, smartphone or computer.

Keep your smartphone nearby: you will need Easy Banking App* to secure the call. This step confirms your identity and ensures a fully secure connection, guaranteeing that you are speaking with one of our official advisors.

4. During the video call

You will see your BNP Paribas Fortis advisor live, and they can share their screen to show you documents, offers or simulations. The discussion is friendly, personalised and completely secure.

3. Choose the topic of your appointment.
