The Top Moto insurance is a Belgian third-party liability insurance product from AG, distributed by BNP Paribas Fortis. This is a one-year contract that renews tacitly for the same period, unless terminated at least three months before the main expiry date.
For contracts taken out or tacitly renewed from 1 October 2024, the termination period is shortened to two months before the main expiry date. From the second year of insurance onwards, you can terminate the contract at any time.
Termination will take effect two months from the day after the deposit of the registered letter, notification, or acknowledgement of receipt.
To encourage the choice of low-CO2 emission mobility, you will receive a 10% discount throughout the duration of your contract if your motorcycle is electric.
This offer is valid for all new contracts and contract changes due to a change of motorcycle.

Immediate assistance
Had an accident? You can count on immediate and effective assistance, 24/7. The insurance covers, among other things, the towing of your damaged motorcycle, up to 30 km beyond the Belgian border.
Replacement vehicle
In the event of an accident in Belgium or up to 30 km beyond the border, you will receive a replacement vehicle for 24 hours or until the Monday if the accident occurs on a Friday or during the weekend.
