• Apple Pay : simply add your new credit card to your Apple Wallet with Easy Banking App. You can then pay with your iPhone or Apple Watch.  
• Google Pay ou Garmin Pay : add your new card via one of the apps to pay contactlessly with your smartwatch or smartphone. 
• Easy Banking App : a digital version of your credit card is available in Easy Banking App within 24 hours of requesting a new card. Conveniently, your account number, card number, CVV code, and expiry date are always at hand.

• Travel cancellation and interruption insurance up to €15,000

On the road

No one is immune to unexpected issues. That’s why your card provides the following coverage during your travels: 

• Extended technical assistance for 2 vehicles, valid throughout Europe (for bicycles, including e-bikes, assistance is available in Belgium from 1 km from your home and up to 30 km across the border). By card, two vehicles are insured, provided they are registered in Belgium. The spouse’s car is also covered.  
• A replacement vehicle for up to 5 days in case of a breakdown, in Belgium and in Europe  
• (Partial) reimbursement of the excess in case of damage to your rental car 

Safe shopping 

Even when shopping, online or in-store, you are protected with:  

• Purchase protection in case of theft or accidental damage to items purchased with your credit card, within 120 days of purchase or delivery (€5,000 per claim with a maximum of 2 claims per year and a minimum purchase amount of €50)  
• Online purchase protection if goods bought online with your credit card are not delivered (up to €2,500 per claim, with a maximum of 2 claims per year and a minimum purchase amount of €50)

As a Mastercard World Platinum credit card holder, you benefit from the Mastercard Travel Rewards programme. 
This is an international cashback programme that offers partial reimbursement for certain purchases made with your Mastercard World Platinum credit card. You can enjoy rewards from well-known brands such as Burberry and Crowne Plaza in the UK, Galeries Lafayette and Hertz in France, Abercrombie and Fitch, Macy’s online, and many more. These are just a few of the over 400 participating brands in the Mastercard Travel Rewards programme.

No more queues at the airport 

As a Mastercard World Platinum cardholder, you receive 4 complimentary Fast Track passes, which grant you access to priority security lines in 180 airports worldwide. You can use these 4 passes for yourself or for the people traveling with you.

Travelling frequently and enjoying this exclusive benefit? You can order additional Fast Track passes at a preferential price. Check the conditions and participating airports in the app or on the Mastercard Travel Pass website. 

Note: have you previously used Fast Track passes? If so, continue booking them using the current Mastercard Travel Experiences app or website until the end of July.

How to register for the Mastercard Travel Pass app:

• Download the Mastercard Travel Experiences app from the Play store or App store 
• Click on 'Register' 
• Enter your card number, expiry date, and CVC number, and click 'Continue' 
• Fill in the requested information, click 'Continue', and confirm 
• Choose a password and check the four conditions 
• Registration is complete. You will see your membership number. Click 'Continue' 
• Optionally, set up facial ID by clicking 'Enable' 

How to get access to the priority security lines on your next trip?

• Log in to the Mastercard Travel Pass app or website.  
• Select your airport and terminal.
• Choose the date and estimated time you will pass through security.
• Indicate the number of travellers in your group.
• You will see the price (depending on the airport) in euros.
• Complete your personal details.
• At the payment step, you will see a summary with any free passes deducted. For security reasons, you will be asked to verify an amount of €1. After verification (via the Easy Banking App or card reader), the transaction will be immediately cancelled.
• You will receive the Fast Track passes by email and can also access them in the app.
• On the day of travel, join the priority security queue in the airport terminal and show your Fast Track passes. Have a good trip! 

Important information 

• To access Mastercard Travel Experiences (via the app or website), registration is required though it does not enable pass booking. It allows you to:
  
  • Check which airports offer passes and under what conditions
  • Verify your identity yourself for smooth pass collection. 
• During registration we must verify your identification to comply with legal requirements. This involves a temporary €1 charge, which is automatically reversed after verification via QR code or card reader. The amount is never debited from your card.
• When you enter your personal and flight information on the Mastercard Travel Pass platform, you will be asked to pay €10.40. However, you can skip this step and go to step 4, where you can obtain a free Fast Track pass. 
• The Fast Track pass can be activated for free or at a reduced price. Children under a certain age can also receive a free pass. You can check whether your child qualifies for a free Fast Track pass (depending on their age) at your selected airport on: https://mastercardtravelpass.dragonpass.com/search   
• With the Fast Track pass, you'll also enjoy discounts at select airport restaurants and cafés. Look for orange symbols to indicate valid promotions; grey symbols indicate that the offer is not available at that airport. 

Priority Pass: airport lounge access

Your Mastercard World Platinum grants access to over 1,800 lounges worldwide, with unlimited entry for you and companions. 

Enjoy free Priority Pass membership via the app or website. Plan ahead by checking lounge locations and access terms.

How to register?

1. Visit https://www.prioritypass.com/uk/bnpparibasfortis-worldplatinum or download the Priority Pass app
2. Log in with your card number and personal details
3. Create a username and password
4. Enter billing information
5. Opt in or out of programme updates, then complete 3DS verification via QR code or card reader
6. Receive a confirmation email with your QR code
7. Present the QR code at lounge entry
 
Important information
 
A €1 payment is legally required for e-commerce transactions and is automatically cancelled upon registration. Priority Pass registration does not reserve lounge access but allows you to:

• Check available lounges, conditions, and services per airport
• Streamline entry with pre-verified identification

 Safety and comfort come first: access may be denied in the event of overcrowding.
