The temporary travel insurance (temporary contract) is a travel insurance contract from AG Insurance, under Belgian law, offered by Touring and distributed by BNP Paribas Fortis. The contract duration is specified by the policyholder in the general conditions document. This contract expires at the end of the agreed period, without tacit renewal.

If you are not satisfied with the proposed solution or do not receive a response within the expected timeframe, you may file a complaint with the Ombudsman des Assurances (Insurance Ombudsman). This can be done online via their complaint form, by email (info@ombudsman-insurance.be) or in writing (Ombudsman des Assurances, Square de Meeûs 35, 1000 Brussels). You may also lodge your complaint directly with this body.
The personal data communicated by the policyholder is processed by AG Insurance SA as the data controller.
Touring SA and BNP Paribas Fortis SA, each in their capacity, also process certain personal data as data controllers, when this data is processed for their own purposes as insurance intermediaries.
