  1. Log in to your Easy Banking App and go to Help & Contact.
  2. Select Info & Contact.
  3. Choose the topic of your appointment.
  4. Book an appointment at your preferred time.

Via Easy Banking Web

  1. Visit our website and click Make an Appointment.
  2. Log in to Easy Banking Web.
  3. Select the topic of your appointment.
  4. Book an appointment at your preferred time.

By phone

  • Through your dedicated contact person.
