This document does not constitute an offer and is not binding or contractual in nature. A lease agreement will only be concluded after your file has been accepted by the lessor, Arval Belgium SA, and will always be subject to its general operating conditions for long-term vehicles. The monthly rent price is indicative and is subject to changes in the vehicle’s taxation, interest rate and catalogue price, as well as changes in the vehicle’s options, configuration and equipment.
If the monthly rent displayed shows an amount for prepayment, this means that the payment of this amount will result in a reduction in the amount of the monthly rent for the entire term of the lease. The advance payment is neither an 'advance' nor a 'guarantee'. In the event of early termination of the rental agreement, the amount of the prepayment will not be refunded to you, except in certain cases (specified in the prepayment conditions).
The monthly rent is calculated according to the contractual duration (between 25 and 60 months) and the agreed annual mileage and includes: maintenance, repairs, unlimited summer tyres in case of normal use/wear (winter tyres: optional), the circulation tax (TMC), the circulation tax, depreciation and interest, the European assistance service, a replacement vehicle in case of immobilization of more than 24 hours, Perfecta service (assumption by Arval Belgium SA of the risk of damage to the vehicle, of total loss or of theft) with own risk (lump sum) borne by the lessee and insurance**.
Not included in the monthly rent: energy and/or fuel costs and traffic fines.CO2 rates are also indicative and depend on the options chosen and/or the data provided by the manufacturer. At the end of the contract, a kilometre count will take place at the last price agreed contractually. In the event of early termination of the Lease, a lump sum calculated on the basis of the last daily price (as contractually agreed) will be charged.
(**) Third-party liability insurance, legal expenses insurance and driver’s insurance are included in the monthly rent price when purchased by Arval Belgium SA on behalf of the lessee. Arval Belgium SA is registered as an ancillary insurance intermediary with the Autorité des Services et Marchés Financiers (FSMA – www.FSMA.be) under number 047238.These insurance policies may also be purchased from the insurer of your choice. Liability insurance is required by law. The estimated delivery time of the vehicle depends on its availability at the manufacturer and/or importer and/or the equipment and/or configuration chosen.
