Lost or stolen card?
In case of theft, report it to the police within 24 hours. You can also block your card to prevent further use.
To block your card, you can:
- Use Easy Banking App: log in, go to 'My services', then 'Accounts and cards', select the credit card, and click the settings icon to temporarily or permanently block it.
- Call Card Stop on 078 170 170 (24/7 available) to permanently block and automatically replace your card.
Once you've activated your new card, destroy the chip of your old card.
Our security tips
Your security is our top priority. We never ask for your PIN code by phone, email, SMS, or social networks, and we never ask you to return your card. If you suspect fraud or phishing, contact us immediately. We'll be happy to help.
