This insurance is reserved for clients of BNP Paribas Fortis who already have a Top Habitation home or car insurance policy with AG, or two other AG policies (Top Familiale personal liability insurance, Top Vélo, Providis Global Legal Protection or Top Accidents).
This insurance is only available via an appointment at a BNP Paribas Fortis branch or via the Easy Banking Centre.

Cover in Belgium and neighbouring countries
You are covered for costs incurred in Belgium and neighbouring countries, provided your main residence is located in Belgium.

The Dog & Cat+ Pack is an optional extension of Top Dog & Cat insurance by AG, distributed by BNP Paribas Fortis.
Consultations, prescribed medicines, medical tests (laboratory analyses, X-rays, ultrasound scans, CT scans, etc.), cancer treatment, physiotherapy, osteopathy, surgery, hospitalisation, emergency medical transport, dental treatment following an accident, euthanasia on veterinary advice.
Costs for preventive care, such as vaccinations or antiparasitic treatments.
Costs related to orthopaedic disorders, whether accidental or not, such as dysplasia, osteoarthritis, patellar luxation, cruciate ligament rupture and herniated discs.
Costs related to dental diseases.
Reimbursement of up to €75 per year for vaccinations, antiparasitic treatments and routine check-ups, with 100% reimbursement and no excess.
Contribution of up to €500 per claim towards the cost of dental treatment resulting from an illness affecting your dog or cat.
Reimbursement of necessary medical costs up to €2,000 per claim for five orthopaedic conditions (dysplasia, osteoarthritis, patellar luxation, cruciate ligament rupture and herniated disc) resulting from illness or accident.
Contribution of up to €300 per claim towards the cost of behavioural therapy carried out by a vet to help your dog or cat regain balance and well-being, resulting from a covered accident or illness.
Contribution of up to €500 per claim towards medical costs if your dog or cat falls ill due to an epidemic or pandemic.
Contribution of up to €2,000 per claim towards emergency vet costs incurred while travelling abroad (outside neighbouring countries and for trips of less than six months). This is an extension of the cover provided by the main guarantee and there is no excess in the event of euthanasia.
Contribution of up to €300 towards cremation costs (including urn) or burial in a pet cemetery (including headstone and engraving); no excess.
For the guarantees under the Dog & Cat+ Pack, AG applies a reimbursement rate of 90% and a €100 excess, unless otherwise indicated above.
Costs related to a pre-existing condition.
Costs relating to an accident that occurred before the end of the waiting period, or an illness whose first symptoms were observed by the policyholder before the end of this period.
Costs resulting from an accident or illness caused by the policyholder or a member of their household intentionally or through serious negligence.
Costs relating to the animal’s reproduction, pregnancy, birth or termination of gestation.
Costs related to diseases that can be prevented by vaccination – this exclusion does not apply if the vaccinations are up to date.
Costs related to congenital diseases, except for entropion, ectropion and brachycephalic syndrome.

This contract is concluded for a period of 1 year and is automatically renewed for the same duration, unless it is cancelled no later than 2 months before the main renewal date. If you are a consumer, you may cancel the contract at any time from the second year of insurance. Cancellation will take effect after a period of 2 months starting from the day following the sending of the registered letter, the service of notice or the date of acknowledgement of receipt.
