Tips for Business Credit Card Holders
When you receive your card, it is already activated. The first transaction must be carried out on a terminal with the PIN code or at an ATM.
If a card does not work or is blocked, the cardholder must contact the helpdesk at +32 (0)2 205 85 85.

The management of this card is mainly done online, through Easy Banking Business via your Card Manager
Changing your PIN code
Do you want to change your PIN code? This is possible at most ATMs in Belgium.
Problems with the Card
- Damaged or defective card: Contact your Card Manager.
- Loss or theft of the card: Immediately contact Card Stop at +32(078)170170 or your Card Manager.
- Forgotten or three incorrect PIN attempts: Contact your Card Manager.
Transactions and Disputes
- Disputing a transaction: First contact the merchant. If you do not receive satisfaction, file a complaint via macarte.be
- Obtaining a duplicate of your monthly statement: Request a duplicate via macarte.be.

Benefits
The new version of Easy Banking Business Mobile allows the business credit card holder to access a range of features without needing an Easy Banking Business profile. The Card Manager can adjust the usage limits, (un)block, replace or close cards, manage contact details and view transactions.
