I’ve lost my smartphone, tablet or smartwatch. What should I do?
- Contact your mobile operator and have your SIM card blocked.
- Log in to Easy Banking Web, go to Settings > Access to our apps and delete the device using the bin icon. Or call us on +32 2 762 90 00. We will then immediately remove the device you use to access Easy Banking App from our list. This prevents anyone who finds your code from accessing the app.
- Have you enabled the Find my device function? If so, then block your device immediately!
- Has your device been stolen? Report it to the police.
