I can't pay with my debit card. What should I do?

Possible reasons:
•  There is not enough money in your account.
•  The payment amount exceeds your limit.
•  Your card has expired or has not been activated yet (a new card with which you have not yet made a payment in a store).

If these reasons are not the cause, contact us via the Contact section in Easy Banking App. 
If you’re not using the app, call us at +32 2 762 90 00 and identify yourself with your customer number and Easy Banking Phone code.
