I can’t enter my electronic signature. What should I do?
- Ensure your computer’s NumLock key is on. If it’s off, you won’t be able to type numbers using the numeric keypad on the right-hand side of your keyboard.
- If you haven’t yet activated the field where you need to enter your electronic signature, you can do this by clicking on it.
