How do I change the PIN code of my credit card?

You can request a new PIN code in Easy Banking Web:

1. Log in to Easy Banking Web
2. Click on Accounts and cards then on My cards
3. Click on the horizontal bars to the right of your credit card and select Modify
4. Click on My PIN code
5. Check that your address is up to date and click on Next
6. Follow the steps using itsme or your debit card and card reader.

After receiving your PIN code, you can change it at an ATM.
