My card PIN is blocked. What should I do?

Unblock your card's PIN code via Easy Banking App:

1. Log in to Easy Banking App

2. Tap on My Services then on Accounts and Cards.

3. Tap on the cards linked to your account and select your card. Tap on Unblock or view.

4. Tap on Unblock and confirm with your Easy Banking code.

Use your card for the first time at one of our bank's ATMs. Simply enter your PIN code. You can then reuse your card online and in stores.
