How can I replace a faulty or damaged card?
It's easy to arrange the replacement of a faulty or damaged debit- or credit card in the Easy Banking App.
- Log in to the Easy Banking App.
- Tap on My Services then Accounts and Cards.
- Tap on the cards linked to the account and select the debit card to be replaced.
- Tap on Block Permanently or Replace.
- Indicate that it is faulty.
- Confirm the replacement of the card.
A faulty card will not be blocked during the replacement process.
