How can I pay a payment request?
• Via a notification on your smartphone
If someone sends you a payment request, you’ll immediately receive a notification on your smartphone. Tap the notification to open Easy Banking App. Enter your 4-digit code. You’ll then see the payment request (who sent it and the amount). You can accept the payment by signing electronically with your 4-digit code, or you can reject it. Once paid, you’ll receive confirmation that the money has been transferred.
• Under ‘My services’ > ‘Tasks and messages’ in Easy Banking App
When you tap ‘Tasks and messages’, you’ll see a summary of the payment request (including the amount and the sender). On the next screen, you can either accept the payment by signing electronically with your 4-digit code, or reject it. Once paid, you’ll receive confirmation that the money has been transferred.
• Via an ‘Important task’ notification on your Easy Banking App login screen
Go to the login screen of Easy Banking App. Tap the ‘Important task’ notification that appears. You’ll then see the payment request (who sent it and the amount). You can accept the payment by signing electronically with your 4-digit code, or you can reject it. Once paid, you’ll receive confirmation that the money has been transferred.
