How do I manage a minor’s card in Easy Banking App?

With Parental Control, you can adjust certain settings for your child’s debit or credit card directly in the app.

Card blocking 

You can temporarily block your child’s card and unblock it at any time. For permanent blocking, use the Cardstop button—the card will be automatically replaced, and a new PIN will be sent by mail only to your child (for confidentiality reasons, you cannot view or modify it).

Payment methods 

You control payment options: enable or disable contactless payments and online payments based on your preferences.

Spending limits 

Adjust the card’s monthly limit as needed. Any changes must be confirmed with your Easy Banking App code.

Usage abroad

Belgium is always enabled by default. You can, however, authorize or restrict card use in Europe and outside Europe (e.g., for travel).
