You want to change? Yes, it's possible
You have the opportunity to change the frequency of interest repayments for your ongoing credit up to two times, free of charge. You can also switch from a Flexicredit to a classic investment credit.

With each withdrawal or partial repayment of the credit, you benefit from an advantageous short-term interest rate. Our rates follow the applicable Euribor rate at that time.

The interest on your Flexicredit is tax-deductible as a professional expense. This financing solution is therefore even more attractive.
Flexicredit is designed to finance your medium- or long-term investments. The duration of your loan is adapted to the lifespan of your investment and can vary from 1 to 20 years. You can withdraw funds according to the evolution of your project, over a maximum period of three years.
You decide on the allocation of the capital repayment and interest over the entire duration of your credit. During the repayment period, you can modify, up to two times without fees, the frequency of interest repayment. Your credit can also be converted into a classic investment credit. You also have the option to repay your credit early, in whole or in part.
