Had a fire or been burgled? You can easily make a claim whenever and wherever you want using the Easy Banking App! You can even attach photos directly.
How do you do it?
- Log in to the App.
- Click on the “Communication” icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Via “Report a claim”, select the relevant Top Familiale or Top Habitation insurance policy***.
- Follow the steps on the AG Insurance website and confirm.
*** If the claim is not related to a Top Familiale Liability Insurance policy or a Top Habitation fire insurance policy (for owners, tenants, or landlords), you can still choose to call Teleclaims via your App.
