• Contact our Easy Banking Centre at +32 (0) 2 762 90 00 or send the completed Claim Form to the relevant department (as indicated on the form) within 8 calendar days from the date of the claim.

• Are you ill and need to cancel your trip? Complete the two documents attached to the claim form and send them with your claim:
• Medical certificate (completed by a doctor), with a standard medical certificate specifying the nature of the illness
• Consent for the management of personal medical data
