Who can apply?
If you’re between 18 and 28 years old and your monthly income is high enough, this loan and its preferential rates are for you!
How much, and for how long?
Choose the amount you want to borrow (from €1,250) and for how long (from 12 to 120 months).
Depending on your needs, you can borrow up to 120% of the value of your vehicle to cover additional costs such as winter tyres, road tax (up to 10%) and your first insurance premium (up to 10%).

Private Lease is a long-term operational lease of vehicles, without a purchase option, to private individuals, offered by the lessor, Arval Belgium SA/NV, located at Ikaroslaan 99, 1930, Zaventem, Brussels Register of Companies VAT BE 0436.781.102, www.arval.be, retail@arval.be, with the involvement of BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV, Montagne du Parc 3, B-1000 Brussels, Brussels Register of Companies VAT BE 0403.199.702. Operational leasing is reserved for individual customers of BNP Paribas Fortis and/or Fintro (Fintro is a division of BNPPF), residing in Belgium. The monthly rent is calculated according to the contractual term (between 25 and 60 months) and the agreed annual mileage and includes: maintenance, repairs, unlimited summer tyres in the case of normal use/wear and tear (optional winter tyres), registration tax (TMC), road tax, depreciation and interest, VAT, European roadside assistance, a replacement vehicle in the event of immobilisation for more than 24 hours (optional), the Perfecta service (coverage by Arval Belgium SA/NV of the risk of damage to the vehicle, total loss or theft) with an excess (flat rate) payable by the leaseholder and insurance **.
Not included in the monthly rent: energy and/or fuel costs and traffic fines. CO2 levels are also for information only and depend on the options chosen and/or the data provided by the manufacturer. At the end of the contract, the mileage will be settled at the last contractually agreed price. In the event of early termination of the Lease Agreement, a fixed sum corresponding to 30% of the total amount of the outstanding rent will be charged
(**) Third-party car insurance, legal expenses insurance and driver insurance are included in the monthly rental price when they are taken out by Arval Belgium SA/NV, in the name and on behalf of the leaseholder. Arval Belgium SA/NV is registered as an ancillary insurance intermediary with the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA – www.FSMA.be) under number 047238. Such insurance may also be underwritten by an insurer of your choice. Third-party insurance is required by law.

Young person’s discount
Young people who request a quote for a new vehicle lease with Arval Belgium get from a €15 (VAT included) discount on the monthly fee (VAT included) for the entire duration of the lease.
The following conditions must be met to benefit from the monthly discount:

The monthly Private Lease fee and the monthly discount are specified in the lease contract. The monthly discount of €15 (VAT included) applies for the duration of the lease.
