PAYMENT LIMITS TO ENSURE SECURITY
When you make a payment, whether at a shop, online or via an app, there are two limits that apply:
1. A limit related to the payment method used (bank card or money transfer)
2. A limit per transaction

These apply when you use your card via:
You can make up to €2,500 of payments per day across all of these payment methods, subject to a maximum of €1,500 per transaction. You can easily increase* or decrease your card limit via Easy Banking App and Easy Banking Web.
For minors, the limit is €250/day across all payment methods.

These limits apply when you use:
The total maximum amount of these payments is €25,000/day , including the Wero limit of €5,000/day.
For minors, the transaction limits are €625/day and €1,250/week across all payment methods.
Different payment limits apply depending on whether you’re paying for a purchase online, reimbursing a friend or paying in a shop by scanning a QR code.
