With the universal banking service account, you can do your banking at a post office counter without an appointment, at a BNP Paribas Fortis branch by appointment, or by phone via the Easy Banking Centre.

Manual and digital transactions

The account allows you to carry out 60 manual transactions per year, such as euro cash withdrawals and paper-based European transfers.

What's included?

For a fixed price of five euros per month, the universal banking service account includes:

  • a euro payment account
  • management fees for this payment account
  • a debit card per account holder (max. two per account), including cash withdrawal and payment services in euros in the European Economic Area
  • management fees for debit card(s)
  • 60 manual transactions per year, such as withdrawing euros in cash, making a paper-based European transfer, processing a euro transfer via an advisor at a post office or BNP Paribas Fortis branch counter, or by phone through the Easy Banking Centre. If you perform more than 60 manual transactions per year, you will be charged €1 per additional manual transaction.
  • on request, sending account statements by post at the rate indicated in the tariff list or free of charge via our digital channels, Easy Banking Web and Easy Banking App

A complaint?

You can send any complaint about our products or services by post to BNP Paribas SA – Complaint Management Service – Montagne du Parc 3, 1000 Brussels or by email to gestiondesplaintes@bnpparibasfortis.com.

If the proposed solution does not satisfy you, you can send your complaint by post to Ombudsfin – Financial Services Mediation Service – North Gate II, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8/2, 1000 Brussels or by email to ombudsman@ombudsfin.be.
