Why are my customer number and debit card number not stored in Easy Banking Web?
There are several possible reasons:
- You didn’t tick the Save this profile box.
- Your browser is in incognito or private mode. This automatically deletes all cookies and saved data when you close the window.
- You’ve indicated in your browser settings that cookies and other site data should be deleted periodically.
- You’re using security software that blocks or automatically deletes cookies and other site data.
- There’s a problem with your browser. You may be able to resolve the issue by restoring your browser’s default settings.
