Why are my customer number and debit card number not stored in Easy Banking Web?

There are several possible reasons:

  • You didn’t tick the Save this profile box.
  • Your browser is in incognito or private mode. This automatically deletes all cookies and saved data when you close the window.
  • You’ve indicated in your browser settings that cookies and other site data should be deleted periodically.
  • You’re using security software that blocks or automatically deletes cookies and other site data.
  • There’s a problem with your browser. You may be able to resolve the issue by restoring your browser’s default settings.
