What should I do if I need to report a claim or add medical expenses to an existing Top Dog & Cat file?
Reporting a new claim or adding expenses to an existing file is simple:
· Go to the claim declaration page on our website and have your Top Dog & Cat insurance contract number ready for the policy under which you wish to report the claim.
· Open a new file online or add expenses to an existing file using a unique link.
· Complete the required information and upload the supporting documents.
Before doing so, please ask your vet to complete and sign the claim report form, unless the claim relates to prevention (vaccinations, antiparasitic treatments and routine check-ups) or death (euthanasia, cremation and/or burial costs).
