In what case do you receive a 'Close Match' and what should you do?

The "Not an exact Match" status indicates that the entered name differs slightly from the official name associated with the IBAN. In most cases, this is due to a simple typing error (e.g. Stéphanie instead of Stefanie, or Thomas instead of Tomas). In this case, check the accuracy of the encoded name. If a correction is necessary, update your beneficiary list and accept the correct beneficiary data proposed by the system.
