I have a new identity card. What should I do?

To update your personal details, you can visit a CASH point, where you will need to present a Belgian electronic identity card. Only the PIN of your debit card will be required for this transaction. Your details will be updated in a simple, fast, and secure way.



Important: When your ID card is scanned, only your official registered address will be reregistered and updated. Your postal address is separate from your ID and can only be updated manually by you.

So, if you move, remember to check and update both your registered address and your new postal address with us.
