How can I use my new card without having received it?

You can view your card details immediately after replacing your debit card in the Easy Banking App. This way, you can shop online and add your new card details to Apple Pay, Google Pay, Fitbit Pay or Garmin Pay and pay directly in-store. If this concerns a credit card, a message will be ready in your app as soon as your card is ready for use. Check your new card details in your card settings.

In the Easy Banking App:

1.  Log in to the Easy Banking App
2. Tap on My Services then on Accounts and Cards
3. Tap on the cards linked to the account and select the desired card
4.  In the Card Settings, tap on the card details at the top of the page
5.  Tap on Show Card Details
6. Log in again using the app code, facial recognition or fingerprint

You then have 30 seconds to access your details.

Important: this option is not available if your card was replaced due to a defect or if it has expired. In this case, you can continue to use your card until the new one arrives.

Don't forget to activate your new card by using it in a store or at an ATM with your PIN code.
