How can I get a direct debit refund?

Up to 8 weeks after paying a direct debit, you can request a refund via Easy Banking App and Easy Banking Web.
After 8 weeks, you must submit your request at your branch.

In Easy Banking App:

1. Log in to Easy Banking App.
2. Tap on My Services then on Direct Debits.
3. Select an account.
4. Tap on Executed.
5. Select a payment and tap on Get a Refund.
6. Confirm your request.

In Easy Banking Web on a computer or tablet:

1. Check your direct debit history.
2. Select a payment and click on Get a Refund.
