For how long is a payment refused message visible?

A refused payment is always visible in your history.

You can find the message about the refused payment in Easy Banking App:
1. Log in to Easy Banking App
2. Tap on My Services
3. Tap on Tasks and Messages

In Easy Banking Web on a computer or tablet:
1. Log in to Easy Banking Web
2. Click on Messages then on View my mailbox
