How can I send a payment request?

To send a payment request, the recipient must have linked their mobile number to their bank account. 

Follow these steps to send a payment request:

1.Log in to Easy Banking App.

2.Tap ‘Receive’.

3.You’ll see two options:

‘Generate QR code’

‘Send a payment request’

4.Tap ‘Send a payment request’.

5.Select the person you want to request money from.*

6.Enter the amount and tap ‘Send’.

7.You’ll then receive a confirmation to let you know if it was successful.

*  Only possible if their mobile number is linked to their bank account.
Under ‘Beneficiaries’, you’ll see contacts who have linked their mobile number to their bank account.
