Are conversations with the voice assistant recorded?

When you interact with the voice assistant, your conversations may be recorded. As with any artificial intelligence-based system, a number of conversations (about 1%) are sometimes used to train and improve the tool. Only conversations with the voice assistant are used for this purpose, not interactions with our experts.
The data is anonymised. For the development of the voice assistant, we work with an external partner who is the global leader in this field. It is impossible for them to know who is part of the different conversations.
Your data is always treated confidentially and your privacy is therefore guaranteed.
