Home Perspective looks to unlock new opportunities

"We produce and install our top-of-the-range aluminium frames. The wooden and PVC windows are manufactured by two Belgian partners selected for their excellence," explains Julie Labbé, who founded the company with her husband David Nutte. "We prioritise local suppliers and strive to reduce our environmental impact, for example by offering maintenance and repair contracts to extend the life of our frames. And we rely on a network of partners to create out-of-the-ordinary projects.”

Controlled growth and close-knit teams

And the formula is working: the company continues to grow year after year, the teams are expanding, and a second company, Alufab, has been launched. "When we started out, there were two of us. Today, we employ more than 35 people," says a delighted Julie. "We form a close-knit team with a collaborative spirit, and training helps us progress: some colleagues who started with few qualifications are now team leaders.”

A rewarding commitment

What's more, Home Perspective has already won two awards: the Brussels Construction Awards for its commitment to employee well-being, and recognition from Be Circular Brussels for its Tomato Chili project, a greenhouse built from double-glazing waste. "We're proud of our subsidiary Alufab, which has also been received the Brussels region's circular economy label," adds Julie.

A loyal partner: BNP Paribas Fortis

Since its inception, Home Perspective has had another loyal partner: BNP Paribas Fortis. "BNP Paribas Fortis has always been our bank and has supported us in all our projects," explains Julie. "For example, they were there when we needed a substantial credit line to take on and pre-finance three large-scale projects at once. Everything went very smoothly, quickly and with maximum fluidity.”
