This Restricted Library is aimed exclusively at investors with residence within the territory of a Member State of the European Union and is not meant to be viewed by any other investors.
Offering Documents posted in this Restricted Library are published in reliance on the European Prospectus Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 (as amended) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 November 2003.
The Offering Documents in this Restricted Library relate to securities that have not yet been fully offered, sold and delivered or to ongoing offering programmes pursuant to which new securities may be issued within a period of 12 months as from the date of the Offering Document.
