Why have you created the 5-digit Easy Banking code?

The second European Payment Services Directive, known as PSD2, governs the payments market in the European Union (EU). It requires online payments and access to account information to be subject to strong customer authentication.
Accordingly, we have committed to strengthening the security of banking transactions further, among other things, by introducing validation via a 5-digit code in the Easy Banking App.
