Why can’t I make an instant transfer?

Here are the possible reasons:

  • The payee’s bank doesn’t accept instant transfers.
  • The payee’s account has been closed.
  • You’ve exceeded the limit for instant transfers. Check or adjust the limit for instant transfers via: Settings > Payments > Transfer Limits.
