Why can I no longer make payments in certain currencies on Easy Banking Web?

The following currencies are temporarily closed on Easy Banking Web to meet our customer experience requirements for international payments:

BRL, BWP, CNY, EGP, ETB, IDR, INR, JOD, KZT, OMR, PEN, PHP, PKR, RWF, TWD, TZS, UGX, XAF, XOF and ZMW.

We will improve our services for these currencies over the coming year and will gradually reopen them on Easy Banking Web.

Payment in these currencies remains available at a branch or via the Easy Banking Centre.
