What do I do if I've forgotten my PIN?

For security reasons, your access card's PIN is stored on the card's chip. It is therefore not possible to reset your PIN or request a new card without replacing the card. Your contract manager can replace your card online via the Administration module. You can also contact your relationship manager. A replacement Easy Banking Business card costs 25 euro.
