Which exclusions apply to both the main guarantee and the Dog & Cat+ Pack?

The main guarantee and the Dog & Cat+ Pack do not cover:

• Expenses related to a pre-existing condition
• Expenses related to an accident that occurred before the end of the waiting period or to an illness whose first symptoms were observed by the policyholder before the end of this period
• Expenses related to an accident or illness resulting from an intentional act or serious negligence on the part of the policyholder or a member of their household
• Expenses related to animal reproduction, pregnancy, birth or termination of pregnancy
• Expenses related to diseases preventable by vaccination – this exclusion does not apply if the animal’s vaccinations are up to date
• Expenses related to congenital diseases, except entropion, ectropion and brachycephalic syndrome
