Why do Payconiq payments no longer appear on my account statements?

The Payconiq brand will cease to exist at the end of 2026. However, the “Pay via QR code” feature will remain available.

Between August 2025 and February 2026, all Belgian merchants will migrate to a new platform. This migration is purely technical and will have no impact on you. You will see “Payment via Bancontact, Wero or Payconiq” on your statements or during the payment process, depending on the merchant you are paying.
